112/05/03起，本院急診篩檢站服務時間變更如下：

週一至週日9:00~11:00

原週一至週五下午時段將不再提供採檢服務。

一、採檢時間:週一至週日(含國定假日)早上09:00~11:00。

             採檢按當日現場報到之順序依序採檢!!

二、採檢地點：急診室。

三、報告取件時間及地點：本院急診室批價櫃台領取(24小時開放) 。

請依照預約時段到院採檢，並注意採檢時間!!!
※當日取件請於採檢當日下午14:30後，至急診室批價櫃台領取。
※常規件請於採檢完成之次日上午09:00後，至急診室批價櫃台領取。
※出境者,請提供護照,出境至中國大陸者,請另外提供台胞證，以上相關證明文件均須事先備好影本，並攜帶正本以供查核;其他需求者請至少提供身分證影本並攜帶正本核對!

報告領取須知
1、請攜帶本人身分證件
2、委託他人取件者
　A.需攜帶委託者身分證件影本。
　B.被委託者身分證件。
3、常規件於採檢隔日早上09:00後，至急診室的登記櫃檯領取報告。
4、急件請於採檢當日下午14:30後，至急診室的登記櫃檯領取報告。

Instructions for pick up the report and other requirements
1、IDs required to pick up the report
2、The appointed agent :
　A.The original copy of the testee's ID.
　B.The agent's ID.
3、General: After 09:00 am on the next day, pick up report at the emergency registration counter.
4、Urgent : After 14:30, you can pick up the report at registration counter of emergency room on the test day.
