Appointment Registration & Outpatient Service:
1. Patients who have made an appointment in advance should arrive at the consulting room before the end of outpatient registration time.

2. Patients can make an appointment in advance for their first visits. Tel: (07) 554-9131; 08: 30 ~11: 30 in the morning and 14: 00~16: 30 in the afternoon from Mondays to Fridays; 08: 30~11: 30 in the morning on Saturdays. No appointment will be given on Sundays and holidays. Patients are highly welcome to make an appointment in advance for first visits.

3. Patients may make an appointment eight weeks in advance via the 24-hour automatic registration line at (07) 553-3522.

4. Meishuguan District of the Hospital offers outpatient services on smoking cessation and weight control in the morning and afternoon on Wednesdays. Citizens are welcome to register.

5. For outpatient services on smoking cessation and weight control, please register at the Department of Psychiatry on the 1st floor.

6. To apply for a Certificate of Diagnosis or a Summary of Medical Records, please submit an application with the patient’s National ID card or household certificate. If the applicant is not the patient himself/herself, a Letter of Attorney (or Letter of Consent) signed by the patient should be submitted as well.

7.Night outpatient services include: Gynecology, Obstetrics, Pediatrics, Surgical Medicine, Internal Medicine, Urology, Psychiatry, and Otolaryngology, for citizens’ convenience.

Notes on Appointment Registration & Outpatient Service:
1. Patients may make an appointment six weeks in advance.

2. For outpatient services on child psychiatry, patients are allowed to make an appointment in advance only by phone.

3. Note on Appointment Registration via Automatic Registration System:
a. A touch-tone phone is a must for making an appointment.
b. For automatic phone registration, please call (07)553-3522.
c. If all appointments are filled, the automatic registration system will cut off automatically. Please proceed to on-site registration on the outpatient service date you require. On average, 20 vacancies are left for on-site registration.
d. If an appointment has been made and is to be cancelled, patients should cancel their appointment by phone a half day in advance.
e. Patients who have made an appointment by phone may pay the registration fee at the cashier after consulting with their physician.
